Ursodeoxycholic Acid Film-Coated Tablets contain the active substance ursodeoxycholic acid which is a naturally occurring bile acid which is found in small amounts in human bile. It is used to treat conditions where the bile ducts in the liver becomes damaged, dissolve gallstones casued by excess cholesterol in the gall bladder and for liver diseases associated with a condition called cystic fibrosis in children aged 6 to 18 years.
